Job summary

Right Now Group is seeking a Senior Pricing Executive to own the pricing function and lead a small team of two Pricing Executives. The role involves coordinating workload, securing competitive supplier rates, and ensuring profitable quotations across Air, Sea, Road and Courier/Express.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales and Operations, and engage with airlines, shipping lines and hauliers to support existing customers and tenders. Hybrid working in Egham is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight pricing, logistics or related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of international freight forwarding and transport modes.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pricing operations and ensure timely responses.
• Develop and coach a small team of two Pricing Executives.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and terms.
• Produce accurate quotations considering all costs and surcharges.
• Monitor pricing performance and report trends to leadership.
• Support Sales with pricing for new business and tenders.
