• Proven track record of winning freight forwarding business over 2–3 years.
• Established network of decision makers in the Manchester region.
• Strong knowledge of ocean, road freight and credible with air freight/customs.

Responsibilities

• Own branch gross margin and operating profit.
• Hunt, win business personally and grow the team.
• Develop a credible pipeline and report honestly.
• Map decision makers and build multiple routes into target organisations.
• Expand beyond Manchester as the branch grows.
