Martin Veasey Talent Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager for a freight forwarding business. The role can be based in Cambridgeshire or the North West, with a base salary of £50,000–£65,000 plus an uncapped quarterly bonus and long-term incentive tied to branch EBIT.

You will build a regional prospecting plan, target importers, grow accounts, and pursue a branch leadership track. Office and field based, not hybrid.

Qualifications

• Strong network within Freight forwarding/importers
• Structured prospecting approach and pipeline management
