Job summary

Stafforce Ports in Warrington is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder to own end-to-end road freight movements across the UK and Europe, delivering reliable service in a fast-moving logistics environment. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate transport and customs, and identify the most effective transport solutions while maintaining compliance and high standards of service.

This is a full-time, office-based role with a competitive salary (£30,000 - £35,000) plus

Qualifications

• Proven experience within freight forwarding.
• Strong understanding of European road freight operations.
• Experience managing cross-trade movements.
• Knowledge of UK and European customs procedures.
• Experience handling ADR or hazardous goods.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a variety of road freight movements across the UK and Europe, ensuring shipments are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards of customer service. From coordinating transport and customs requirements to maintaining customer relationships and solving operational challenges, no two days will be the same.
