Job summary

DSV is seeking a Freight Forwarder to join the busy Gateway department at RAF Marham/King’s Lynn. You will monitor international freight shipments from inception to delivery and handle day-to-day customer service tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will issue import/export documentation, liaise with global partners, and support the team to meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for detail-oriented, proactive professionals.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal/written with a polite, courteous, and professional telephone manner.
• Previous knowledge of international freight shipments and knowledge of customs would be preferred
