Job summary

Grn-Search-Group is seeking an experienced Freight Forwarder in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. The role covers end-to-end import/export operations, coordinating with carriers and customers, and ensuring timely clearance and tracking of shipments.

You will manage customs documentation, liaise with global lines, and maintain excellent service and communication with clients in a Monday-to-Friday, office-based setting. Benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Previous freight forwarding experience.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping and Incoterms.
• Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle import/export operations.
• Liaise with global shipping lines, hauliers, and customers.
• Prepare customs documentation and manage clearance processes.
• Track and monitor shipments, resolving issues proactively.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work on a Monday to Friday office-based schedule.

The Role

• Coordinate full-cycle import/export operations

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Monday to Friday (office-based role)

You will need:
