Job summary

Brook Street Recruitment is assisting a well-established Belfast business to recruit an experienced Freight Forwarder with a strong background in Deep Sea Import Operations and Customs Clearance. You will own international shipments from origin to delivery, working with customers, shipping lines, customs authorities and transport providers.

Responsibilities include end-to-end management of deep-sea import shipments, coordinating bookings, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance with import

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Resolving shipment, customs and transport-related issues efficiently.
• Providing proactive updates and exceptional customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle.
