Job summary

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and transport partners.
  • Provide quotations and identify effective transport solutions.
  • Monitor shipments and proactively resolve issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transport process.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and system updates.

Freight Forwarder

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Performance Bonus

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Arrangement: Office-Based - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a variety of road freight movements across the UK and Europe, ensuring shipments are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards of customer service. From coordinating transport and customs requirements to maintaining customer relationships and solving operational challenges, no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end road freight shipments.
