Job summary

Educate 2Gether Training is seeking an experienced Tutor Assessor to deliver Teaching Assistant and Early Years qualifications to adult learners across Herefordshire on a freelance basis. The role offers approximately 4 delivery days per week with a competitive daily rate, and the chance to contribute to learner progression and outcomes in education and childcare.

Qualifications

• Assessor and teaching qualifications required or equivalent.
• Experience delivering or assessing adult learning programmes.
• Relevant vocational experience in education or early years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face Teaching Assistant and Early Years training.
• Assess learner work and provide developmental feedback.
• Conduct learner reviews and track progress.
• Support learners to achieve qualifications and provide IAG.
• Embed English, maths, digital and employability skills.
