Job summary

t2 Group is hiring a Health & Social Care Assessor to support learners pursuing apprenticeship standards across workplace settings. You will coach, assess, and help learners develop knowledge, skills and behaviours to complete their programmes.

The role covers Hereford and surrounding areas with a hybrid working model, combining remote delivery and planned workplace visits. Previous Senior Carer level experience is valued along with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in Adult Health & Social Care (Senior Carer level or above).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with learners and employers through reviews and engagement.
• Deliver teaching, coaching and assessment aligned to apprenticeship standards.
• Conduct workplace observations to assess practical competency.
• Review learner work and provide constructive feedback.
• Support learners with Maths and English where required.
