Job summary

Educate 2Gether Training is seeking an experienced Tutor Assessor to deliver Teaching Assistant and Early Years qualifications to adult learners across Herefordshire on a freelance basis. The role offers approximately 4 delivery days per week with a competitive daily rate, and the chance to contribute to learner progression and outcomes in education and childcare.

• Assessor and teaching qualifications required or equivalent.

Educate 2Gether Training is looking for an experienced and passionate Tutor Assessor to deliver Teaching Assistant and Early Years qualifications to adult learners across Herefordshire.

We support learners who are taking their first steps towards rewarding careers in education, childcare and SEND support. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Tutor Assessor, Trainer Assessor or Adult Learning Tutor to make a genuine difference while working with a provider that is committed to quality, learner success and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging face-to-face Teaching Assistant and Early Years training
• Assess learner work and provide developmental feedback
• Conduct learner reviews and track learner progress
• Support learners to achieve their qualifications successfully
• Deliver high-quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
• Embed English, maths, digital and employability skills within delivery
• Promote safeguarding, Prevent, British Values and learner wellbeing
• Support progression into employment, apprenticeships or further learning

• Experience supporting adult learners
• Excellent communication and learner engagement skills
• A passion for helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals
• The ability to motivate, inspire and support learners throughout their journey

Essential Qualifications
