Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a six-month curtain walling refurbishment on a student accommodation project in Exeter.

You will run as Number 2 on site, supporting the Project Manager, ensuring works are delivered safely, to schedule and to required standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within curtain walling industry.
• Quality Assurance Experience - Multivista.
• Experience delivering façade projects, ideally recladding schemes.
• Experience working within live environments.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
• Must live locally to Exeter, as no digs or accommodation are available.

Responsabilités

• Six-month freelance contract.
• Long-term project on a student accommodation recladding scheme.
• Key supporting role reporting directly to the Project Manager.
• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day running to ensure works are delivered safely and to required standards.

Freelance Site Manager – Curtain Walling / Façade

Location: Exeter
Duration: 6 Months
Project: Student Accommodation Recladding

We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a six-month student accommodationCurtain Wall refurbishment project in Exeter.

Working as the Number 2 on site, you will support the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience within the curtain walling industry – candidates from other backgrounds will not be considered.

• Quality Assurance Experience - experience using Multivista

• Previous experience delivering façade projects, ideally recladding schemes.

• Experience working within live environments.

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.

• Must live locally to Exeter, as no digs or accommodation are available.
