Job summary

Fairmead Managed Services LTD in Norwich is seeking a Cladding Site Manager for a short-term 4-week assignment. You will lead a team of 8 cladders on external wall cladding, coordinating with the main contractor and supply chain from Norwich (NR4 7GJ).

Hours are 7:30am–4:00pm with free on-site parking. SMSTS and CSCS are required; First Aid is desirable. Strong leadership, clear communication, and a focus on health and safety are essential to drive the works to completion.

Qualifications

• Proven cladding experience and a background managing cladding teams.
• Oversee day-to-day works and manage the gang.
• SMSTS certification held.
• First Aid certification held.
• CSCS card (any card accepted).
• IPAF is advantageous but not essential.
• Well presented and clearly identifiable as team leader.
• Strong communication with main contractor and supply chain.
• Lead on health and safety for the cladding package.

CLADDING SITE MANAGER NORWICH

Fairmead are currently recruiting a Cladding Site Manager on a short-term temporary basis on behalf of our client, a specialist cladding contractor working under a leading main contractor in Norwich.

Overview of role

• Location: Norwich, NR4 7GJ


• Duration: 4 weeks 5th to 30th October


• Hours: 7.30am to 4pm


• Free parking on site


• Managing a team of 8 cladders on external wall cladding

Requirements

• Proven cladding experience and a background managing cladding teams
