A well-run small privately owned residential developer is looking for a Freelance Site Manager to deliver projects in the Catford area.

The successful candidate will oversee 2 projects simultaneously: a 4-unit traditional build scheme and a 9-unit development over 4 floors constructed with RC Frame technology.

The projects are scheduled to run until the end of the year, with potential for future contracts beyond these schemes.

The client seeks a Site Manager experienced in delivering new build residential schemes, including RC frames, preferably with experience working for small developers rather than large PLCs.

As the Site Manager, you will be fully responsible for all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed within budget and schedule, while adhering to all health and safety guidelines. Candidates should possess a Black CSCS Card and a First Aid certificate. Ideally, the candidate should be computer literate and able to add value to the project.
