Job summary

Kenton Black Limited in Birmingham invites applications for a Site Supervisor role overseeing the construction of a new school development. You will supervise subcontractor packages from groundworks through to internal works, ensuring safety and progress against programme.

Job description

£70 Million new school development as part of the DfE framework. Project will involve part demolition of the existing sections of the school building and the construction of a new sports hall and teaching block, internal/external alterations to the existing building along with associated landscaping, car parking areas. Reporting in to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the supervision, health & safety and control of associated subcontract packages from groundworks through to internals, you will also be responsible for attending subcontractor/client progress meetings, assisting with any changes in programme including site inductions etc.

You will need to be full IT proficient as well as holding current CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates as a minimum requirement as they are mandatory requirements.
