Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering new-build residential schemes at Senior Quantity Surveyor level.
• Strong commercial judgement and ownership of workload.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, volume housebuilding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor procurement, accounts and payments.
• Prepare cost reports, valuations and financial forecasts.
• Manage variations, identify commercial risks and maintain cost control.
• Collaborate with site teams and commercial colleagues to progress against programme and budget.
