Solum Assets Ltd. is seeking a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to manage cost controls and reporting for a large civil engineering and groundworks package in Southall, West London. The assignment starts in November 2026 for an initial 18 months, with potential extension to 3 years, at day rates of £400–£500.

The role requires freelance Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor experience on similar groundworks/data centre projects, working Outside IR35.

Formación

• Freelance Quantity Surveyor with civil engineering/groundworks experience.
• Experience in cost controls and reporting.
• Previous data centre project exposure is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cost controls and reporting for the data centre package in Southall.
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost capture.
• Prepare and review cost forecasts, monthly reports and variations.
