About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist, reporting to the Managing Director. This is a new role, available as a short-term or rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in the best talent to support our growth and enhance our members' experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious club in London and work closely with the Managing Director to attract and develop talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
• Utilise diverse sourcing channels, including social media, networking, and industry platforms.
• Enhance employer branding through strategic engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.
