About the role:

The Hogarth Health Club is hiring a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist reporting to the Managing Director. This role can be either short-term or a rolling contract. The primary responsibility is attracting, sourcing, and hiring the best talent for the club. You will manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring we bring in top talent to support our growth and enhance member experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy of a prestigious club in London and work closely with the Managing Director in attracting and developing top talent in the health and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Collaborate with external partners, including recruitment agencies, colleges, and professional associations.
