Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Planner within construction
• Strong M&E Planning experience is essential

• Good understanding of construction programmes & project sequencing
• Experience with a Tier 1 contractor would be advantageous

We're looking for an experienced Freelance Planner with strong M&E expertise to join a Tier 1 contractor on a major infrastructure package within a large scale commercial fit out project in London.

This is a great opportunity for a Freelance Planner who has a strong understanding of M&E delivery and enjoys working as part of a well-established site team on a complex, high profile project.

The Role

Working closely with the project and site teams, you will be responsible for planning and programming the M&E elements of the works, helping to ensure the package is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the overall programme.

• Developing and maintaining detailed M&E and infrastructure programmes
• Monitoring progress against programme and identifying potential delays
• Working closely with the M&E delivery team, subcontractors and wider project team
