Learning Curve Group is seeking a Freelance L3 Cyber Security Tutor to deliver Level 3 Cyber Security programmes to adult learners. The role will mix face-to-face classroom sessions with tutor-led online learning.

The ideal candidate has recent cyber experience and a passion for helping learners achieve their qualifications. The position is a flexible associate role with potential for remote or on-site delivery and a focus on learner success and professional growth within our Adult Skills

Qualifications

• We are seeking a candidate with recent occupational experience in cyber or a related field.
• You should have a Level 3 Teaching Qualification and an Assessing Qualification.
• Relevant sector qualifications at Level 3 or above are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality face-to-face and remote teaching sessions.
• Create an inclusive, learner-centred environment to promote participation.
• Assess learner performance and underpin necessary knowledge for qualifications.
• Facilitate learner understanding and provide constructive online feedback.
• Monitor progress and apply intervention strategies as needed.
• Adapt teaching to learners with differing abilities and styles.
• Ensure teaching and assessment meet awarding body standards and internal quality.
