Job summary

Learning Curve Group in Mansfield is seeking an experienced Freelance L3 Coding Tutor to deliver Level 3 Coding Practices to adult learners. The role is an associate contract with flexible hours and a blend of in-person and online delivery.

You will teach face-to-face and remote sessions, assess progress, provide feedback, and ensure delivery meets awarding body standards while supporting learner progression.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 3 Teaching Qualification and an Assessing Qualification.
• Relevant occupational experience in the sector you are applying for.
• Level 3 and above sector qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality face-to-face & remote teaching sessions across a selection of qualifications.
• Create an inclusive, learner-centred environment that promotes participation and achievement.
• Assess learner performance and provide underpinning knowledge to meet qualification requirements.
• Facilitate learners' understanding and provide formative online feedback.
• Monitor progress and implement appropriate intervention strategies when needed.
