Learning Curve Group is seeking experienced Freelance Tutors to deliver Level 3 Cyber Security training to adult learners in Chesterfield. The role blends face-to-face classroom sessions with tutor-led online learning, focusing on engaging delivery and learner progression.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 Teaching and Assessing qualifications with relevant occupational experience in cyber security, and a commitment to flexible, learner-centred delivery while meeting awarding body standards.

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
• Hold an Assessing Qualification.
• Relevant Occupational Experience in cyber security field.
• Level 3 and above sector qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality face-to-face and remote teaching sessions.
• Create an inclusive learner-centred environment to promote participation.
• Assess learner performance and provide underpinning knowledge to meet qualification requirements.
• Provide timely, constructive online feedback to support progression.
• Monitor learner progress and implement intervention strategies when needed.
• Ensure teaching, learning and assessment meet awarding body standards and internal quality requirements.
