Job summary

Learning Curve Group is seeking experienced Freelance Tutors to deliver Level 3 Cyber Security programmes to adult learners in Derby. Delivery blends face-to-face classroom sessions and tutor-led online learning, with flexible days and hours.

The role is field-based and the tutor will support learners toward industry-recognised qualifications. The ideal candidate has recent occupational experience in coding or related fields and holds Level 3 Teaching and Assessing qualifications, with

Qualifications

• Hold Level 3 Teaching Qualification.
• Hold Assessing Qualification.
• Relevant Occupational Experience in the sector applied for.
• Level 3 and above sector qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality face-to-face and remote teaching sessions.
• Create an inclusive, learner-centred environment to promote participation and achievement.
• Assess learner performance and provide underpinning knowledge to meet requirements.
• Provide timely online feedback and monitor learner progress with interventions.
• Ensure teaching and assessment meet awarding body standards and internal quality requirements.
