Job summary

Learning Curve Group is seeking experienced Freelance Tutors to deliver Level 3 Coding programmes for Adult Skills. This field-based role blends face-to-face classroom sessions with tutor-led online learning to support adult learners pursuing industry-recognised qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have recent occupational experience in coding or related fields and a passion for helping learners achieve their personal and professional goals. Role offers flexible hours as an associate tutor.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 3 Teaching Qualification
• Hold Assessing Qualification
• Relevant Occupational Experience in Sector you are applying for
• Level 3 and above sector qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality face-to-face & remote teaching sessions across a selection of the qualifications.
• Create an inclusive, learner-centred environment that promotes participation and achievement.
• Assess learner performance and provide underpinning knowledge to meet qualification requirements.
• Facilitate learners' understanding and provide timely online feedback to support progression.
• Monitor learner progress and implement intervention strategies as required.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learner needs and ensure compliance with awarding body requirements.
