Learning Curve Group is seeking experienced Freelance Tutors to join our Adult Skills provision to deliver Level 3 Coding programmes for adult learners in Newark. The role blends face-to-face classroom sessions with tutor-led online learning and offers flexible scheduling to fit other commitments.

The ideal candidate will have recent occupational experience in coding, hold Level 3 Teaching and Assessing qualifications, and empower learners to achieve their personal and professional goals while

• Level 3 and above sector qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality face-to-face & remote teaching sessions across a selection of the qualifications.
• Create an inclusive, learner-centred environment that promotes participation and achievement.
• Assess learner performance and provide underpinning knowledge required to meet qualification requirements.
• Facilitate learners' understanding.
• Provide timely, constructive online feedback to support progression and achievement.
• Monitor learner progress and implement intervention strategies where required.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet differing abilities and learning styles.
• Ensure teaching, learning and assessment meet awarding body standards and internal quality requirements.
