• Experience as a General Foreman / Foreman within highways.
• Strong understanding of highways maintenance and civils works.
• Experience supervising gangs and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of health & safety and site documentation.

• Day-to-day supervision of site activities and gangs, ensuring works are delivered safely and to required standards.
• Coordinate schemes across multiple locations, manage subcontractors and site teams to meet programme and quality.
