Job summary

Skilled Careers seeks an experienced External Site Manager for a major new-build residential RC frame development in Maidstone. The role involves planning, coordination and supervision of all external works packages, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence.

You will manage brickwork, windows, balconies, roofing and landscaping, coordinating interfaces with RC frame, façade and MEP works to deliver a high-quality finish on schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / External Site Manager on large-scale residential new-build projects.
• Strong experience coordinating brickwork, windows, balconies, roofing and landscaping.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for external works and subcontractor packages.
• Coordinate brickwork, windows, balconies, roofing and landscaping to align with programme.
• Manage roofing works and interfaces with RC frame, façade and waterproofing.
• Oversee external works through to handover with QA and HSE compliance.
