Job summary

Fawkes and Reece in London is seeking an External Site Manager to oversee a 500+ unit, mixed-use high-rise RC frame project from groundworks through to façade. You will report into the Project Director and coordinate complex external works with a tier one developer.

This role requires proven experience on large residential schemes, strong leadership and client relationships, and a clear focus on career progression within a prestigious, long-term London scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale, residential projects.
• Experience working externals on construction schemes.
• Ideally an SM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
• Career-focused with progression ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Working on a flagship project for a tier one developer.
• Managing full externals from groundworks up.
• Managing site managers and pushing the programme.
