Job summary

O is seeking a Senior Site Manager to take overall responsibility for RC frame and façade construction in Northwest London. You will lead the site team, manage the supply chain, and drive delivery safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will coordinate day-to-day operations, monitor progress, review drawings and technical information, and address risks before they impact delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior site management experience with RC frame and façade projects.
• Experience managing site teams and supply chain.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality and contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead site delivery to program, safety and quality targets.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and technical information for accuracy.
