Job summary

PDT Fleet Training Solutions is looking to onboard several Freelance Fleet Driver Trainers/Instructors/Assessors at multiple locations across Great Britain. This role involves delivering a mix of classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses at locations across the country.

Successful candidates will join the UK's fastest growing provider of fleet driver training, with flexible diary management, pay per half-day (£105) or full-day (£210), and opportunities for weekend work at

Qualifications

• Accreditation as ADI Fleet Trainer or LGV National Instructors Register (NIR) listed.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Experience delivering training with electric vehicles; upskill available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver half and full-day coaching and assessment sessions on client premises in vans.
• Submit timely and accurate assessment reports.
• Deliver engaging and inclusive training with a focus on promoting positive driver behaviours.

Job description

PDT Fleet Training Solutions is looking to onboard several Freelance Fleet Driver Trainers/ Instructors/ Assessors at multiple locations across Great Britain. This role involves working with prestigious clients and delivering a mix of classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses at locations across the country.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work for the UK's fastest growing and forward-thinking providers of fleet driver training.

Responsibilities

• Delivering both half and full-day coaching and assessment sessions on client premises in category B Vehicles (mostly vans).
• Half-day courses are 4 hours in duration.
• Timely completion of an accurate assessment report.

Qualifications & Experience

• Desirable qualifications include being accredited as an (ADI) Approved Driving Instructor Fleet Trainer or recorded on the LGV National Instructors Register (NIR).
• A proactive approach to delivering engaging and inclusive training (positive driver behaviours are to be promoted).
• Experience in delivering courses in electric vehicles (free upskill training is available to the right applicants).
• Professional approach to the delivery of safe driving PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Your laptop and printer (all course presentation material is provided by PDT).
