Job summary

PDT Fleet Training Solutions is seeking freelance Fleet Driver Trainers/Instructors/Assessors across Great Britain to deliver a mix of classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses for category B vehicles (mostly vans). Sessions include four-hour half-day formats and longer full-days, with travel across the region and a focus on accurate post-course reporting.

Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial seeks a Freelance Driver Trainer for contract work in Aberdeen, paying £150 daily. You will deliver half and full-day coaching and assessment sessions for category B vehicles, predominantly vans, on client premises. Sessions last four hours for half-day bookings. Responsibilities include completing precise assessment reports promptly after each course. This contract suits experienced instructors capable of managing varied classroom and on-road training. Strong communication skills and a valid training qualification are essential. You will work with leading fleet clients, providing induction or upgrade courses. This position requires flexibility to travel across the region and manage your own schedule effectively.

PDT Fleet Training Solutions is looking to onboard several Freelance Fleet Driver Trainers/ Instructors/ Assessors at multiple locations across Great Britain. This role involves working with prestigious clients and delivering a mix of classroom and on-road driver induction or upgrade courses at locations across the country. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work for the UK's fastest growing and forward-thinking providers of fleet driver training.

Duties:

• Delivering both half and full-day coaching and assessment sessions on client premises in category B Vehicles (mostly vans).
• Half-day courses are 4 hours in duration.
• Timely completion of an accurate assessment report.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Desirable qualifications include being accredited as an (ADI) Approved Driving Instructor Fleet Trainer or recorded on the LGV National Instructors Register (NIR).
• A proactive approach to delivering engaging and inclusive training (positive driver behaviours are to be promoted).
• Experience in delivering courses in electric vehicles (free upskill training is available to the right applicants).
• Professional approach to the delivery of safe driving PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Your laptop and printer (all course presentation material is provided by PDT).
