Job summary

The FR Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a busy traditional build in Arundel. This freelance role supports the Site Manager and Project Manager, taking plots from 1st fix to completion on a long-term project.

You will oversee multiple trades, ensure H&S compliance, and drive snagging and quality control to handover. A strong track record with a developer and valid site qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid are required.
• Proven site-based qualifications for health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion.
• Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site.
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard.
• Ensuring H&S compliance across the site.
• Maintaining quality control and snagging.
• Manage multiple trades on a fast paced site.
