Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy residential development in Littlehampton on a freelance basis. You will support the Site Manager and Project Manager, taking plots from 1st fix to completion and coordinating trades to keep the programme on track.

Applicants should have prior site experience with a developer, a strong understanding of build processes from 1st fix through handover, and valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Ability to manage multiple trades on a fast-paced site.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion
• Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard
• Ensuring H&S compliance across the site
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring snagging is dealt with efficiently
