Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy residential development in Tunbridge Wells on a freelance basis. You will support the Site Manager and Project Manager, taking plots from 1st fix to completion.

Responsibilities include overseeing plots, coordinating trades, and ensuring H&S compliance and quality control. Requirements include CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid, with prior developer experience and ability to manage multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a developer.
• Strong knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades on a fast paced site.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid requirements.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing plots from 1st fix through to completion.
• Supporting the Site Manager with daily operations on site.
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered on time and to standard.
• Ensuring H&S compliance across the site.
• Maintaining quality control and snagging is dealt with efficiently.
