Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Limited is seeking motivated individuals to join our Contact Centre team in the UK, supporting customers who may face fraud on their accounts while delivering high-quality service.

You'll work rotating shifts 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 37.5 hours per week, paid £13.02 per hour. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and ability to handle sensitive financial information.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or a contact centre environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Empathy, patience and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support customers over the phone with potential fraud concerns.
• Investigate suspicious transactions and identify fraud risks.
• Ask effective questions to understand each customer's situation.
• Provide reassurance and guidance to vulnerable customers.
• Use multiple systems to review information and make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to stay ahead of scams and fraud trends.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance.
