Initially onsite, the role offers Work From Home eligibility after a 3–4 month training period, with a shift pattern across mornings to evenings and a pay of £12.85 per hour for 37.5 hours per week.

• Supporting customers over the phone with potential fraud concerns

• Working collaboratively with colleagues to stay ahead of emerging scams and fraud trends
