Gymshark is seeking an eCommerce Fraud Prevention Specialist to protect our brand and global community. You will investigate transactions, monitor patterns and help refine fraud prevention strategies.

This hybrid role in Solihull requires hands-on analysis, collaboration with internal teams, and training others on fraud awareness. You will contribute to proactive mitigation while maintaining a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience using Intercom or similar customer communication platforms.
• Experience handling chargebacks and dispute defence processes.
• A basic understanding of eCommerce and Payments.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Strong communication skills to explain fraud risks to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyse transaction patterns to detect fraud and support prevention strategies.
• Educate and advise teams with fraud awareness training.
• Assess fraud risk for new initiatives like loyalty and memberships.
• Assist in policy and process development for fraud prevention.
• Contribute to mitigation strategies to reduce losses while keeping a smooth customer experience.
• Monitor fraud networks and emerging threats on forums and platforms.
• Present evidence to support resolution of high-risk escalations with internal and external partners.
