Job summary

Verisk is seeking a Fraud Account Manager to own the post-sale relationship for clients using Fraud Discovery, building trust and ensuring customers realise measurable value from the platform.

You'll drive adoption, demonstrate ROI, and collaborate with fraud investigation, SIU and claims teams, while spotting upsell opportunities with the Strategic Account Director. You’ll also voice customer feedback to Product, Implementation and Data Science to inform ongoing development.
