Hawk Hiring LTD in Worcester is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / Dealership Mechanic to join our brand-new workshop. You will execute routine manufacturer servicing, safety repairs, digital Vehicle Health Checks (VHC), and systematic diagnostic troubleshooting for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

Requirements include 5+ years of hands-on workshop experience, NVQ/IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, and a full UK driving licence with your own tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar.
• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• DVSA Class 4 MOT Tester licence is a bonus but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine manufacturer servicing and safety repairs.
• Conduct digital Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) and diagnostic troubleshooting.
• Work on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs).
• Maintain quality standards and documentation.

• Salary: £29,000 - £39,000 basic per annum (DOE)
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + fair rotating Saturday rota

Role Overview

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or time-served equivalent).
• Valid DVSA Class 4 MOT Tester licence is a bonus, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
