Slim Chickens is seeking a commercially minded Franchise Marketing Manager to align national campaigns with local execution across the UK franchise estate. This hands-on role reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates with Franchise Operations to equip partners with tools and guidance.

The role combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, requires strong relationship-building, and involves travel across the UK with two days in the Birmingham office to support NSOs and ongoing

Formación

• Proven marketing experience within hospitality/foodservice/fast-casual.
• Experience with franchise partners and franchise-led operations.
• Delivery of multi-site marketing campaigns across stakeholders.
• Experience supporting new restaurant openings and local marketing initiatives.
• Strong project and budget management skills, with commercial focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead national campaign rollout across the UK franchise estate with consistent execution.
• Own NSO marketing workstreams from planning to launch and post-opening activity.
• Provide practical local marketing support to franchise partners and drive local engagement.
• Develop and manage local marketing initiatives to boost awareness, guest frequency and sales.
• Coordinate assets, budgets, agencies and timelines; ensure brand standards across partners.
