Slim Chickens is seeking a commercially minded Franchise Marketing Manager to bridge national strategy with local execution across the UK franchise estate. You’ll collaborate with central Marketing, Franchise Operations, and partners to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, footfall and sales.

You will balance strategic thinking with practical delivery, build relationships and own marketing plans for openings and ongoing local activity, with two days per week in the Birmingham office.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality/foodservice marketing, especially with franchise partners.
• Experience delivering multi-site campaigns and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Experience supporting new site openings and regional marketing initiatives.

• Lead national franchise marketing rollout and ensure consistent execution.
• Own NSO marketing from planning to launch and post-opening activity.
