Slim Chickens is seeking a commercially minded Franchise Marketing Manager to join our UK team. You will link national strategy with local execution, ensuring franchise partners have the tools and guidance to drive awareness, footfall and sales.

This role requires 2 days in the Birmingham office and close collaboration with Marketing and Franchise Operations. You will lead multi-site campaigns, support new restaurant openings, and build strong relationships with franchise partners while

Competenze

• Marketing experience in hospitality, restaurant, or fast-casual sectors.
• Experience with franchise partners or franchise-led businesses.
• Proven track record delivering multi-site campaigns.
• Experience supporting new site openings and local restaurant marketing.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset to influence restaurant performance.
• Excellent communication with franchise partners and internal stakeholders.

• Lead national marketing campaigns across the UK franchise estate with consistent execution.
• Coordinate toolkits, POS materials, digital assets and communications for launches.
• Translate national plans into clear guidance for franchisees and their teams.
• Manage NSO marketing workstreams from planning to launch and post-opening activity.
• Balance brand standards with local market needs and franchise partner requirements.
• Provide regular marketing updates to franchise partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support local restaurant marketing initiatives and opportunities across the estate.
