Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd is recruiting a Franchise Launch Support Manager to oversee the successful transition and opening of franchise stores across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey, ensuring on-time openings, legal compliance and adherence to retail standards.

You will coordinate EPOS go-live and off-site training, conduct closure visits, work with the Store Launch Manager and cross-functionally to minimise risk, protect the brand and drive strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Pc literate with basic IT skills for training delivery.
• Experience with EPOS systems and store transitions.
• Ability to train and coach staff across locations.

Responsibilities

• Support stores through EPOS go-live and Off-Site training programs.
• Complete closure visits during the transition process.
• Assist and coordinate the Store Launch process with the Store Launch manager.
• Ensure stores trade legally and meet retail standards throughout the process.
• Provide feedback on training progress and sign-off training documentation.
