Job summary

One Stop is recruiting a Franchise Launch Support Manager to oversee successful franchise store launches, ensuring legal operation and brand standards are met. The role covers training, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration for on-time openings.

Key duties include EPOS go-live and off-site training support, closure visits, and ensuring franchisees are signed off on EPOS training. This role focuses on safeguarding brand standards and smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and train store teams
• Strong stock management and EPOS literacy required
• Ability to drive compliance and training across multiple stores
• Good people and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Support stores through the Epos go Live training program
• Support stores through the Off-Site training program
• Complete closure visits in stores going through the transition process
• Support and manage the Store Launch process with the Store Launch manager
• Ensure stores trade legally throughout the process
• Ensure Franchisees are signed off on EPOS training programs
• Provide training guides and information to Franchisees
• Return signed documents to the office and ensure compliance with WOW guidelines
• Review training progress during visits and share feedback with the line manager
• Work cross-functionally with Franchise functions to ensure a smooth transition
• Be a role model and ambassador for the business during the transition
