Job summary

One Stop is recruiting a Franchise Launch Support Manager to drive successful transition and launch of franchise stores across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey. You will oversee EPOS go-live training, off-site training, and closure visits, ensuring on-time openings and legal compliance.

You will collaborate across functions, review training progress, manage sign-off on EPOS training, provide training guides, and uphold One Stop WOW standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in using PC and basic software
• Experience with EPOS systems and stock management
• Strong training and coaching abilities
• Health & Safety awareness and compliance
• Decision making in dynamic retail environments

Responsibilities

• Support stores through the Epos go Live training program
• Support stores through the Off-Site training program
• Complete Closure visits during transition
• Coordinate Store Launch processes with the Store Launch Manager
• Ensure stores trade legally throughout the process
• Sign-off franchisee on EPOS training
• Provide training guides and information to Franchisees
• Ensure signed training documents are returned to the office
• Verify franchise stores comply with One Stop WOW guidelines
• Provide feedback on training progress during visits
• Work cross-functionally with Franchise and other teams
• Attend team meetings and relevant training
• Maintain safe working practices for staff and customers

The role is key to delivering training, driving compliance, and working cross-functionally to minimise risk, protect the brand, and enable strong store performance.Covering: Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Surrey

• Support stores through the Epos go Live training program
• Support stores through the Off-Site training program
• Complete Closure visits in stores going through the transition process
• Support & manage the Store Launch process collectively with property Store Launch manager
• Ensure that the store is trading legally throughout the process
• I take accountability for the new store I am involved in and ensure that they open on time and with highest retail standards
• Ensure that the Franchisee has been `signed off` on EPOS training program
• Ensure that the store has access to all training guides & information
• Ensure all signed training documents are returned to the office
• Ensure that Franchise store complies with the One Stop WOWs as per the Operating manual guidelines
• I support my stores through the transition process and review their training progress at each visit
• Work cross functionally with all Franchise functions to ensure a smooth transition
• Give honest feedback to my line manager about my stores & celebrate success
• I feedback to the SLSM & BDM about any legal issues or concerns that need to be addressed with the Franchisee
• I am seen as a role model and `go to` person for Franchisee`s throughout the process for themI share best practise and knowledge with my colleagues
• I am always professional and an ambassador for the business
• I attend quarterly team meetings and attend training courses relevant to my job role
• I have a flexible approach to my working pattern and work closely with the SLSM and my team to do this
• I manage & conduct work activities in such a way as to ensure the safety, health & welfare at work of all colleagues & customers
