Job summary

Growth Kitchen is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to scale our network of third party delivery kitchens across the UK. You will train franchisees, maintain brand standards, and drive commercial growth with partner kitchens while visiting sites regularly.

You will travel nationwide (paid) up to 80% of the time, manage 30+ partners, and support both operational and commercial success as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations and guest interactions.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and visit kitchens regularly.
• Ability to train and coach franchisees and partners.

Responsibilities

• Train new franchisees in cooking and brand standards.
• Conduct commercial conversations to help partners grow their business.
• Perform on-site checks to improve accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with partner kitchen teams to enhance operations.
• Manage 30+ kitchen partners and oversee growth trajectory.
• Provide hands-on support to resolve site issues remotely or on-site.
