The Travel Franchise seeks a Lead Generation Manager to drive growth by exploring new audiences, partnerships and channels across the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in franchising or growth marketing across partnerships and lead generation.
• Proven track record creating new opportunities rather than relying on inbound.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new audiences and routes to prospective franchisees.
• Build strategic partnerships and commercial relationships that generate opportunities.
• Proactively approach organisations, communities, networks and potential partners.
• Develop referral, affiliate and other mutually beneficial lead-generation relationships.
• Explore new channels and test ideas beyond existing demand sources.
• Collaborate with the sales team to judge lead quality and conversion potential.
• Turn initiatives into repeatable and scalable sources of franchise enquiries.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Track performance and use insights to guide time and investment.
• Represent The Travel Franchise confidently with partners and networks.
• Look beyond current efforts to identify the next growth opportunity.
