Job summary

Pret A Manger, a leading hospitality brand, is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant for its UK Franchise team. You will drive operational excellence, understand P&L nuances, and support growth initiatives across the UK & Ireland.

Travel across the UK & Ireland with occasional overnight stays is expected. You will build strong relationships with franchise partners, assess opportunities, and collaborate with Finance and Commercial teams to maximise profitability and ensure brand standards are

Qualifications

• Direct experience of Pret operations or similar franchised F&B business.
• Financial skills and P&L management understanding.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with franchise partners to support operational, commercial and shop-based issues.
• Use data insights and benchmarking to improve performance and profitability.
• Conduct monthly operational and quarterly business reviews with each franchise partner.
• Support franchise strategy development and evaluate new opportunities (NSOs, partners, channels).
• Collaborate across teams to implement plans and ensure compliance with standards.
