Pret A Manger (Europe) Ltd is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant based in the UK to drive operational excellence and brand standards across partner estates. The role involves evaluating market opportunities, conducting reviews, and supporting the growth strategy with cross-functional collaboration.

You will regularly visit partner sites across the UK & Ireland, work with finance to measure performance, and help onboard new shops while ensuring training and compliance align with Pret

Qualificações

• Direct experience of Pret operations or similar franchised F&B business.
• Very familiar with P&L management and franchise operating models.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work at high pace with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Work with partners to manage and support their shops as the liaison for operational and commercial issues.
• Use data insights and benchmarking to improve performance and profitability across the estate.
• Conduct monthly operational and quarterly business reviews with franchise partners.
• Support the Franchise Director in delivering strategy and evaluating opportunities (NSOs, new partners, channels).
